APO/FPO:  No restrictions on orders going to these addresses.

All Others:  Payment must be by cashiers check or money order.  When the payment clears our bank then the order will be processed.  No credit card payment will be authorized.  Shipping will then go to a USA address unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
