  DUE TO A RECENT SHIPPING PROBLEM, WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING "UPS" TO SHIP ANYTHING, ANYWHERE.  We shipped a lightbar to a customer in California and it was damaged by UPS enroute to him.  A claim was  filed and naturally UPS denied it was there fault. This lightbar was shipped in a standard lightbar box but both of the lenses were totally destroyed.  UPS said it was our fault that THEIR handlers broke the lenses.  Since UPS does not and will not take responsibility for this, we will never us their service again and we URGE all of you to do the same.  Since when do you take an item to a shop, other vender, etc and they are not responsible in some way for the safety and care of your product?   If you will click on this link you can see what they did, a before shipping picture and the after pictures..
AGAIN, WE WILL NOT BE USING "UPS" ANYMORE AND REQUEST THAT ALL OF YOU DO THE SAME... Use FedEx or the Postal Service as they have been very reliable for us.
